Fatima is an incredibly skilled, dedicated, ethical and warm-hearted realtor. She made herself incredibly available, going to the nth degree to investigate all aspects of the home I purchased through her. She explained all steps involved very clearly. She responds to and acts on every request incredibly rapidly. She inspired me to keep searching for my new home against all odds in an expensive market, showing me her past listings she sold to people like me. She loves what she does, and it shows. Fatima has been a pleasure to work with. I know that it is 100%true that I would not be living in my dream home in my dream neighborhood if it were not for her.

Irem helped me purchase this home originally, years ago, and then sell it recently. She was a great agent on both ends of the deal. She positioned and marketed it perfectly for a quick sale, and then guided the deal smoothly through to completion. Alexandra helped me to buy my first house. As a first time buyer, Alexandra was probably the best agent I could have had. I had a lot of questions and she patiently walked me through the process, and helped me to understand what I needed to know. She was very responsive to my needs, and respectful to budget limitations I had. She was also very supportive on taking my time to find something I really liked. I am an indecisive person, and it took us 10 months to find what I liked. At no moment in this period she put any pressure on me to rush, nor she lost her enthusiasm on helping me. In fact, over and over she encouraged me to take my time. When we get to the closing stage, she was meticulous on dealing with the issues that came up. It was a bit of a stressful stage for me, but she dealt with it quite professionally. Besides all these fine qualities she possesses as a realtor, she’s also a wonderfully nice person. She’s super chill, and a nice companion to go for house shopping, and to have great conversation meanwhile.
