James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization.
