This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. Carl helped us get an awesome home in the midst of COVID! Carl helped my husband and I put it an offer in on the same day that we let him know we wanted to. We got the offer accepted the next day! Carl facilitated picking up documents and checks and worked with the sellers realtor behind the scenes to work everything out smoothly.
