It was the first home buying experience for our family and we feel lucky to have had the chance to work with someone as talented and dedicated as Michael. I believe home buying should be an exciting, albeit uneventful journey and realtors become that much more crucial when the journey is eventful. Our closing process was complicated and delayed by months, but we felt safe in Michael's hands. He was enthusiastic throughout and never let our excitement wane. We felt he was always looking out for us and willing to fight for our corner at each step. We are delighted to recommend Michael and his team to anyone who may be looking for a top notch real estate agent.

Over the past few years we have worked with and met multiple realtors. Nick stands out as an exceptional realtor for many reasons. He prioritizes his clients and their needs, while constantly advocating for clients when working with other realtors, contractors, banks, towns- the list goes on. Whether it was something that came up in an inspection, or just 'not the right' house, Nick worked hard for us and truly cared about what was best for us. His priority was never about deals or putting in offers, especially if he sensed it was not right for us. He is very patient, easy to communicate with & reach, and consistent in his work. He is an expert in the North Shore, Boston and the general greater Boston area; which we really appreciated in our long lasting search to the perfect home that we eventually purchased.
