Katie was a great help in that respect, she made sure we had everything together and she always made time for us. In the past we have had an experience with a realtor that was no where near as attentive as Katie, so we now know what working with a really good one is like. I also appreciated that she was never pushy, and she guided us only in the way that we wanted or asked for. She was very kind and tactful when offering advice, and I personally found her advice incredibly helpful. Her input and strategy were critical in getting the sellers to accept our offer on a beautiful house. Now everything is worked out and we are extremely happy living in basically our dream home.
