She found us a beautiful home in Plymouth for well under that asking price!Not only that but she sold our house for much more than we were asking. She’s called or texted several times to see how things were going in our new home. We elected to work with Matt as our buying agent in an epic seller's market because we knew we would need the absolute best to get into a house that we wanted. Matt was everything we could have asked for and more. He was ahead of the game with many properties that were going to be coming to market, which is a testament to his tremendous knowledge of the area and multiple industry connections. This allowed us to get an early look at several of the properties ahead of of time and really refine those that we wanted to tour when open houses became available. Through the process of making multiple offers, he provided excellent guidance on the offer strategy and price points in a rapidly evolving post-covid real estate market. After the deal was done, we had a couple issues with the seller that Matt and his team rapidly triaged to get us to a final deal. We would would highly recommend him.

Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in. Despite not being actively looking, a few weeks later we had an amazing new vacation home because of his ability to understand us and what would make our family happy.

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!
