Working with Ashley was hands down the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but she is on a completely different level. From the get-go, it was obvious she really knows her stuff. She has an incredible handle on the market, but what I appreciated most was her honesty. She was a total straight shooter, which made me feel like I was in safe hands the whole time. When it came to negotiations, she was a rockstar. She put so much time into our deal—she was always available to answer questions and went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Brenda was a pleasure to work with during our entire process of searching, building and buying our home. Thru her connections she found us a great deal to build a new home and was amazing throughout our entire building process. She made sure any questions or needs we had were met right away. Excellent communication going back and forth! She made sure no questions went unanswered, even between us and the builders, and reached out to the builder/seller for us when any issues arrived. Any time we had to meet, mostly "after hours" due to my husband and I working full time-she was available and made time for us according to our schedule which was greatly appreciated! Then she really fought for us at the end when it came down to some unexpected charges from the sellers and made sure we were treated fairly and charged properly. We were lucky to have her on our side! Also want to mention anytime we had questions she was only a phone call or TEXT away- this day and age it was very convenient being able to send her a text when we had questions and getting an immediate response! Update: Even after the sale she is still following up for any questions or issues we have and making sure we are completely satisfied! Really goes above and beyond for her clients.

Our Journey with Eliot was so wonderful. He made house searching so easy for us, all we had to do is tell him what we were looking for and he did all the work! He really made us feel like family and like we could count on him for anything, from finding the right house to helping you even after you move in! He really goes above and beyond his duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Eliot! Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in.
