"There are no words to describe what a wonderful job Mary did to find the right home for my family. Her wisdom helped us so much in our search to buy our first home. Mary knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. She was extremely helpful and responsive. She remained confident when we encountered challenges and always kept us on target. I would highly recommend Her to anyone selling or buying a house. She is very professional in every aspect. She is very proactive, as soon as she sends me an email she would follow up with a phone call to make sure I review the email and take action if needed. Being away on vacation and different time zone didnât stop Mary from performing her job to the fullest. I have known Ashley for over 20 years, and she has been an outstanding real estate professional for as long as I have known her. She first helped guide me through the purchase of my very first condo in Boston many years ago, and more recently she helped me purchase the property I am reviewing here. That purchase took place during an especially challenging real estate environment, with homes selling at extreme prices, many all-cash offers, and contingencies routinely being waived. Even at the height of that market, Ashley had the insight and confidence to structure an offer that allowed us to finance the deal while still keeping an inspection contingency in place. It was truly remarkable that her guidance helped us secure the home despite inspection waivers being the norm at the time. Ashley is a consummate professional. She is thoughtful, strategic, and always focused on protecting her clients’ interests without losing sight of what it takes to win in a competitive market. Beyond her work with me directly, she also went out of her way to help my parents when they were struggling to buy a home in New Hampshire and their agent was not providing strong guidance. Ashley stepped in purely as a consultant, on her own time and with no compensation. She assessed the strategy, made multiple recommendations that saved time and improved efficiency, and ultimately helped position them to secure the home for $50,000 less than they were prepared to offer. She did this simply to help, which speaks volumes about her character. I recommend Ashley without hesitation. She brings deep experience, sound judgment, and genuine integrity to everything she does, and she is exactly the type of agent you want in your corner, especially in difficult markets.
