If you're a buyer, he will make sure you know exactly what the house you're looking at is worth before you pull your checkbook out. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between. Carl helped us get an awesome home in the midst of COVID! Carl helped my husband and I put it an offer in on the same day that we let him know we wanted to. We got the offer accepted the next day! Carl facilitated picking up documents and checks and worked with the sellers realtor behind the scenes to work everything out smoothly.
