I have known Ashley for over 20 years, and she has been an outstanding real estate professional for as long as I have known her. She assessed the strategy, made multiple recommendations that saved time and improved efficiency, and ultimately helped position them to secure the home for $50,000 less than they were prepared to offer. She did this simply to help, which speaks volumes about her character. I recommend Ashley without hesitation. She brings deep experience, sound judgment, and genuine integrity to everything she does, and she is exactly the type of agent you want in your corner, especially in difficult markets.

Denise Shea is an excellent real estate agent. She knows all phases of real estate and does research to make sure she is doing the best job she can for you. I wish I could tell everyone who is looking for a real estate agent to see Denise Shea. I have dealt with many real estate agents and people in the real estate industry for many years and out of all those people I have dealt with Denise is by far the best in all facets of her job.
