If he knows he won't be able to accomplish this, he will walk away, won't list it, and won't waste your time. Corey only steps up to the plate to hit line drives and home runs. If you're a buyer, he will make sure you know exactly what the house you're looking at is worth before you pull your checkbook out. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between. Very professional and informative in what to look at. Every time we were looking at the respective house, Doreen would point out what to look for, what can be adjusted/improved. Very easy to work with and provided sets of house that had our requirements in which resulted in a house that we can call our home today.
