During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. His knowledge as a real estate agent was immeasurable and his background as a builder helped me to see the prospective homes beyond the aesthetics. As we were beginning to find property that fit my dream location, vision, and budget, Bob guided me through the preparation process of selling my condo. As I began to ready my condo for sale, I had a serious accident and was hospitalized for many weeks, followed by a long rehabilitation. During this time, Bob sold my condo for me. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. Dave met with us many times as the market evolved during the pandemic to review comps and to work with us to create a strategy for marketing our property. He listened and responded to our thoughts and concerns and provided effective advice and guidance for managing the preparation of the property for sale as well as managing the sale and closing process.
