No matter how many houses we bypassed, John happily continued touring and recording any house we were even remotely interested in. After we moved to Melrose, and began renting an apartment, John was eager to continue in person the house search with us. He sent us any new listing that we had not already identified; we was patient with us as we continued to switch our location candidates; he cautioned us if we were ever making risky bid decisions; and he was extremely accurate in his valuation of the homes we put bids on. After bidding on countless houses, John helped us finally get our offer accepted by politely and continuously expressing our eagerness to the sellers.
