My experience was absolutely fantastic. We found the house of our dreams for a very great price. From the beginning the process was stress free and easy, and that is because Jan knows her profession inside and out. She is reliable, has strong communication, honest, and overall she just wants what’s best for her client(s). If there is something she doesn’t know , you best believe she will find the answer out for you. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but when you have a realtor like Jan it’s easy to put your trust in the process. Overall this has been a wonderful experience for a first time home buyer. I cannot recommend Jan enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. You will be in great hands.

I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. The real estate market is overwhelming to say the least, and I thought this way before I dipped my toes into the process. Once we dived in, I immediately wanted to jump out of the water and resign to renting forever. Jess is not afraid. She was not afraid to be honest, to do the hard work, to negotiate, or to “be the punching bag” as a myriad of roadblocks popped up during our closing process. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. I understand now how politics can factor into such an aggressive “seller’s market,” but with Jess what you see is what you get. She made sure we felt comfortable and empowered moving forward with each step of the process. She takes pride in teaching others, especially for new homeowners like us. Touring homes was a crash course in responsible homeownership, which I found to be quite fun and exciting! 10/10 I would recommend working with Jess Tomlinson. She knows what she is talking about, and she genuinely cares about your investment being right for you.

Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. Adam came to the house prepared and I figured I'd give him a shot. He did an open house the first weekend and it was a success. We sold the house very quickly. Adam followed through on everything. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month. I asked if he thought he could sell it and he replied that they have a commercial dept. at his office and they will be right there to help us if we need them. I will recommend Adam to anyone I know weather they are buying or selling.

I could never explain how excellent, timely, caring, knowledgeable and experienced this team is. Nothing I tossed their way was a problem - the skunk that moved in. Smoke detectors even advising me on my new home’s septic tank financing circus. Phenomenal team well rounded - absolutely nothing is a problem with their experience .
