As a first time home buyer, we were a little nervous but meeting Felicia and having her walk us through everything so we fully understood the process made us as comfortable as we could be. She really went above and beyond and helped make the process smoother than I could have imagined. We are certainly grateful that we chose Felicia as our realtor!

Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).

It was a pleasure working with Jeanette Cummings, she was incredibly professional, hardworking and responsive to our needs. Her calm demeanor and thorough knowledge of solid home construction enabled us to find the right home in a very competitive market.
