Jeanette focuses her business on developing trusted relationships with her clients by educating them on the various aspects of real estate and to better assess their real estate goals. Working closely with each of her clients, Jeanette strives to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible, from the initial consultation to the closing and beyond. With her professional yet personable approach, clients feel at ease, informed and prepared to make what for many will be one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Jeanette offers her clients a perspective from her own personal experience, from purchasing her own home and investment property, to managing rental property and renovation projects. Whether a first-time homebuyer, seller, investor or landlord, she can help her clients navigate the ever-changing real estate market and identify the options available to them. For buyers and sellers alike, Jeanette has aligned herself with various professionals to assist clients in estimating the cost of upgrades and renovations or in preparing a home for sale. In listing a property, Jeanette presents properties at their best in order to maximize the value both for the seller as well as potential buyers. As a Realtor, Jeanette is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition, Jeanette has received designations from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Born and raised in the Boston area and an Arlington homeowner for over twenty years, Jeanette is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, a past member of the Hardy Elementary PTO, has volunteered on several committees in the community and is a contributor to the Arlington Educational Enrichment Fund and the Arlington Center for the Arts.
