I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. We were charged with preparing my sisters condo for sale. We met with Pat. He was experienced with prior sales in our development. His pricing was on the mark.
