I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. The real estate market is overwhelming to say the least, and I thought this way before I dipped my toes into the process. Once we dived in, I immediately wanted to jump out of the water and resign to renting forever. Jess is not afraid. She was not afraid to be honest, to do the hard work, to negotiate, or to “be the punching bag” as a myriad of roadblocks popped up during our closing process. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. My experience with Corey began back in May 2015, and let me tell you something...Corey didn't become an agent just because of his love & passion for real estate. Before his career in real estate began, Corey spent years becoming a PRO in customer service at his prior job. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between. I have known Ashley for over 20 years, and she has been an outstanding real estate professional for as long as I have known her.
