Lana was the first and only phone call I made when selling my house. Within the first 4 days of listing - my house was sold (and for 30K over the asking price). Lana's experience and high energy is acutely focused, making her an extremely efficient agent who is well-connected within this market. To put the timeline in perspective, this is COVID, New England winter, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I called Lana on a Friday evening, met with her that very next day (Saturday), and by that following Monday she had her photographer come take photos for the listing which went live on Tuesday. Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Doug laid out multiple options for us to try and accomplish that along with his recommendations. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal. Once we found our eventual home, Doug asked all of the questions necessary to get as much information as possible from the seller's agent so we could make an informed decision. joelle is the agent you want on your side. she will protect your best interests, will not be pushy, but will always be very honest. she is well-respected, due to her connections in the local areas of newton and wellesly, and she understands the market so well. she had our property sold in 1 day (she knows lots of developers too), as ours was a very large lot, and a house that needed lots of work- ideal for a developer. when you meet joelle, you will immediately get a sense of her self confidence, as well as an air sophistication and worldliness. while some agents will flaunt their reputation for high end sales, she is cool, calm and collected. that’s the sign of someone you want on your side.

Taylor is the most knowledgeable, accommodating , experienced and respectful investor agent in the Boston real estate market. The team he has and network of people who understand the industry around him is top notch. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 if I could. Nothing but amazing things to say. From beginning to finish, sorting through good listings from the bad ones, walking through properties and working through the paperwork to close the deal, there is no one better.
