We could not have asked for anything more. Carol precisely understood the market, explained it to us and helped us price our rental property and we accepted an offer in six days. Carol facilitated the closing process with the attorneys and buyer so that we had minimal involvement. When we did have questions, Carol responded very quickly.

I found Carol Smith when I was looking for a buyer's agent on Google who is from the area where the house I wanted to make an offer on. In less than an hour that afternoon she replied back to me and set up a showing early that evening. Carol's knowledge of the market and home structure was extensive and impressing.
