With myself being disabled it is very hard for me to accomplish certain task. Kristin was always there for me. When my fiance could not help she would jump right in. I can honestly say without here on hands experience I would not be living in my lovely condo. She had all the answers to my questions or she would not stop until she found them. As me, a first-time home buyer and us as newlyweds, we were out of our league in this crazy housing market. Katherine took the time to walk us through the process, connect us with her team, and begin to map out what we’re looking for in a home. Although we changed ideas many times, along with locations, price point, size, and about a thousand other things, Katherine was right there with us. She discussed pros and cons of places and was always spot on when she thought places were more, or less, of our liking, giving us even more confidence when walking in the door for an open house.
