When we decided to start our home buying journey we didn’t realize all realtors aren’t the same. Our mortgage broker set us up with Denise and she hit the ground running from day one. Denise has impeccable work ethic and dedication. She makes herself available anytime you need her; whether it’s night or weekend, if we had a question or needed reassurance, Denise was always just a text away. Being first time homebuyers can be intimidating and overwhelming, but Denise’ knowledge and expertise on the real estate market was priceless! She listened to what we wanted and needed. She was realistic and honest about our options and possibilities. We felt very comfortable going into any situation with her on our side. She would research any house we had interest in and let us know if it was worth our time or not. Through the offer making process and the nail biting waiting period, she was always making sure I wasn’t losing my mind. The whole process was smooth and worry free. The advice and guidance we got was always with our best interest at heart. When we finally found our dream home she knew it was IT before we even walked inside. Thanks to Denise we are enjoying our forever HOME and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to refer Denise to all our friends and family.
