Robert Knochen is man who takes the time to explain to his clients all the ins and outs of the buying process, especially to new buyers. My wife and I have had no experience with this at all and Rob made a typically difficult time, a smooth, stress-free and fun experience. I most highly recommend Robert to any one who appreciates an agent who genuinely cares about ALL people involved.
