My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly. I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. Once we dived in, I immediately wanted to jump out of the water and resign to renting forever. Jess is not afraid. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. I understand now how politics can factor into such an aggressive “seller’s market,” but with Jess what you see is what you get. She made sure we felt comfortable and empowered moving forward with each step of the process. She takes pride in teaching others, especially for new homeowners like us. Touring homes was a crash course in responsible homeownership, which I found to be quite fun and exciting! 10/10 I would recommend working with Jess Tomlinson. She knows what she is talking about, and she genuinely cares about your investment being right for you.

Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.
