Shauna did an outstanding job assisting myself with the purchase of my new home. Her expertise in the markets geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while also considering the future resale value for the area. Shauna was very involved in all aspects from the first showing of the house all the way up to the closing.

Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Doug laid out multiple options for us to try and accomplish that along with his recommendations. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal. Once we found our eventual home, Doug asked all of the questions necessary to get as much information as possible from the seller's agent so we could make an informed decision. After we were in good shape with the home, he promptly moved on to finding tenants to rent out our current place and was able to assess the market and get a lease agreement signed within a week. I would highly recommend Doug.

I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. The real estate market is overwhelming to say the least, and I thought this way before I dipped my toes into the process. Touring homes was a crash course in responsible homeownership, which I found to be quite fun and exciting! 10/10 I would recommend working with Jess Tomlinson. She knows what she is talking about, and she genuinely cares about your investment being right for you.

Taylor is the most knowledgeable, accommodating , experienced and respectful investor agent in the Boston real estate market. The team he has and network of people who understand the industry around him is top notch. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 if I could. Nothing but amazing things to say.
