Kaitlin Martel and her Father Steven Martel went above and beyond. This was my first experience selling a home, I was walked through each step and everything was explained in easy to understand terms. The Martels were very friendly. Her enthusiasm, expertise, and competent team she has built fostered a transaction that was seamless and fun, minimizing stressors often associated with buying real estate and moving. Some people may ask, "Why choose a buyer's only agent?" I would insist that you give it a whirl, because you will not have a more confident, selfless, dedicated, involved agent in your corner helping you each step of the way in such an important decision. You will not be disappointed in Erica and her team.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
