We had a wonderful experience working with Alissa on the sale of our condo in Amesbury. What we expected to be a fairly straightforward sale unexpectedly hit a snag right before closing, and Alissa was exactly the person we wanted in our corner. She helped us navigate a very stressful situation with professionalism, creativity, persistence, and a calm, practical approach. She stayed on top of everything, kept communication moving between all the parties involved, and was always looking for the next solution rather than getting stuck on the problem. Most importantly, she just plain gets the job done. Alissa is also incredibly personable and easy to work with. You feel like you have someone genuinely invested in getting you across the finish line, not just someone handling a transaction. We were so happy with how she represented us that we will be using her again to sell another home this winter. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Alissa has sold 4 homes for my family. All quite quickly at full price or beyond. She also helped us buy a home recently, giving us great advice on negotiating with the ideal buyer!

We picked Alissa to sell our house even before we bought it. We had seen her in action at many open houses over the two years we were searching and knew that she priced to perfection and did as well as it was possible to do for her sellers. Fast forward a few years when it was time for us to sell I gave her a call. She provided clear instructions for what we needed to do to prepare the house for showing (which we followed exactly), orchestrated an excellent multimedia marketing campaign that presented the house at its best, priced it perfectly and ran a smooth sales process to completion. She is absolutely the best realtor in Newburyport.
