We recently had Paul representing us for the sale and purchase of homes in Hopkinton. Both were complicated for a variety of reasons. He was a great steward of our property (he created great marketing material) and knew its worth and stuck to it through a couple of failed buyer experiences. Our purchase was plagued by legal challenges by neighbors over property disputes that he helped us to process and learn how to approach intelligently. Overall, he is an outstanding realtor who I will definitely be referring friends and colleagues to in the future. He is an asset to our community.
