Taylor is the most knowledgeable, accommodating , experienced and respectful investor agent in the Boston real estate market. The team he has and network of people who understand the industry around him is top notch. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 if I could. Nothing but amazing things to say. From beginning to finish, sorting through good listings from the bad ones, walking through properties and working through the paperwork to close the deal, there is no one better. I had an estate sale and I had very little knowledge about selling a house. Carolyn was great I interviewed 3 Real estate companies and lucky for me I picked Wolfe because of Carolyn. She is very knowledgeable and explains it so anyone can understand. I didn't have a lot of time to take care of things at the house we were selling. Carolyn arranged to have the fire alarms inspected had the house cleaned and prepared for the open house. Anything she said she would do she did without me asking her a second time. We sold the house for the asking price ( which was the highest price of the 3 Real estate companies I talked with).
