I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. The real estate market is overwhelming to say the least, and I thought this way before I dipped my toes into the process. Once we dived in, I immediately wanted to jump out of the water and resign to renting forever. Jess is not afraid. She was not afraid to be honest, to do the hard work, to negotiate, or to “be the punching bag” as a myriad of roadblocks popped up during our closing process. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. I understand now how politics can factor into such an aggressive “seller’s market,” but with Jess what you see is what you get. She made sure we felt comfortable and empowered moving forward with each step of the process. She takes pride in teaching others, especially for new homeowners like us. Touring homes was a crash course in responsible homeownership, which I found to be quite fun and exciting! 10/10 I would recommend working with Jess Tomlinson. She knows what she is talking about, and she genuinely cares about your investment being right for you.

Taylor is the most knowledgeable, accommodating , experienced and respectful investor agent in the Boston real estate market. The team he has and network of people who understand the industry around him is top notch. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 if I could. Nothing but amazing things to say. From beginning to finish, sorting through good listings from the bad ones, walking through properties and working through the paperwork to close the deal, there is no one better. Will continue to work with Taylor.

Tammy was a pleasure to work with. I had my eyes on a property in Newburyport that I wanted to win, but not overpay for. Together, we submitted a competitive offer that was accepted same day, and we closed the transaction in less than a month. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She truly has a talent for getting to know her client. Most of all, Emma is a kind, smart, lovely person. The kind of person that you would want to share your dreams of your future home.
