joelle is the agent you want on your side. she will protect your best interests, will not be pushy, but will always be very honest. she is well-respected, due to her connections in the local areas of newton and wellesly, and she understands the market so well. she had our property sold in 1 day (she knows lots of developers too), as ours was a very large lot, and a house that needed lots of work- ideal for a developer. when you meet joelle, you will immediately get a sense of her self confidence, as well as an air sophistication and worldliness. while some agents will flaunt their reputation for high end sales, she is cool, calm and collected. that’s the sign of someone you want on your side.

Amy Murphy was amazing to work with! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She handled all aspects of the sale and the closing in a timely manner and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. Anne-Marie's many years of experience helping people buy (& sell) homes was one of several reasons we chose her to help us find our vacation home. Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.
