Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

We worked with Dave Kres for over a year to buy a single-family house in the very competitive market of a town just outside of Boston. We cannot express enough what a great job Dave did throughout the stressful home buying process.

We originally chose Katherine as our realtor when we were looking to buy in the Marlborough area. During our search, we found out that we would have to look elsewhere. Because our new search was over an hour away from Katherine, we were nervous that we would lose her. However, she stayed with us the entire time and made the long commute to help us get our dream home. Katherine was a pleasure to work with and we consider her more than just a realtor, but a friend to our a family!

Alex was a rockstar to work with. He was able to help us navigate our purchase & sale of our new home, and we couldn't be more happy to have worked with him. From professionally working with the other realtor, to advising us on small home improvements. His knowledge of all around realty & home improvements helped immensely. We will always have him at the top of our list.
