Patricia and his team are easy to work with, she is a great professional and lovely person, responded to all of our requests quickly, worked to have a quick and smooth process, she has great market insights and I felt he was genuinely concerned about our interest instead of closing a deal.

The first thing I liked about Terri is her personality. We had a very good conversation the first day we really got to know each other. During this conversation she listed to my wants and what I was in seek of in my first home. Terri promised to guide me through this process and to always being honest with me.
