To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. His knowledge as a real estate agent was immeasurable and his background as a builder helped me to see the prospective homes beyond the aesthetics. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. We worked with Lynne as buyers agent. We were prepared and had done a lot of research. Lynne never talked down to us or made us feel dumb when we asked many questions over the course of our home-buying journey. She attended open houses with us and went WAY above and beyond so many times during our search for houses. She is amazing and worked with us from the first day all the way to close and after.
