Kim was refreshing to work with. She was our agent in the buying process and was extremely patient, honest and flexible with us. She was also extremely easy to reach and responsive and gave us great advice, ultimately helping us to buy our dream home. Highly reccommend Kim if you are looking to buy. Steve was amazing to work with!! He helped us both sell and buy our new home and was extremely organized, proactive, and professional. Steve helped walk us through every element of both transactions and did a great job coordinating all parties and making the whole process seamless. His knowledge of the area helped price our sale appropriately and got it under agreement within 3 weeks (AND over the Christmas/New Year holiday)! In addition, his negotiation skills are exceptional and got us the best deal in Medfield on our new house.
