Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. Adam came to the house prepared and I figured I'd give him a shot. He did an open house the first weekend and it was a success. We sold the house very quickly. Adam followed through on everything. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month. I asked if he thought he could sell it and he replied that they have a commercial dept. at his office and they will be right there to help us if we need them. I will recommend Adam to anyone I know weather they are buying or selling.

Cindy Houlihan was wonderful to work with from day one. I felt very supported as we navigated preparation for listing the home which needed extra TLC. Cindy was a great communicator and creative problem solver, both traits very important to our success. I lived out of the area so she never hesitated to run interference and did her research to help me to have the information I needed to make tough decisions. We recently had Paul representing us for the sale and purchase of homes in Hopkinton. Both were complicated for a variety of reasons. Paul was an excellent representative who helped navigate these complexities with grace, professionalism, expertise, kindness, and a great attitude which made it fun to work with him. The sale of our house was of particular merit to him and his team. He was a great steward of our property (he created great marketing material) and knew its worth and stuck to it through a couple of failed buyer experiences. Our purchase was plagued by legal challenges by neighbors over property disputes that he helped us to process and learn how to approach intelligently. Sandy Mallah is the best realtor!!! We couldn't have sold our house without him! He made suggestions to improve the desirability of our home. He is amazing!
