When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
