We were first time home buyers and Gloria made the process so easy. She is extremely responsive, patient and great through every step of the process, ultimately helping us find / purchase our dream home. Both my husband and I work full time and Gloria took away all the stress of buying a new home. We explored various options, including connecting us to local builders, in addition to showing us open houses (some we would have never had access to without her connections). She also guided us through the bidding / closing process to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Our purchase also involved a use and occupancy period post close, which Gloria has stayed with us and has continued to be a great advocate on our behalf. Shauna did an outstanding job assisting myself with the purchase of my new home. There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal.
