Jaime L'Heureux is an amazing realtor! She got us in to see an off market house even though they were ready to accept an offer, then she convinced them to accept our offer instead even though we had a house sale contingency. She then helped us get our home up for sale and under contract 1 week later! She's been great getting answers for us when we had questions, and she's always there to deal with every little anxiety. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend and would use her again if I ever need another realtor.

Beth supported us from,”do we stage the house?” to pricing it based on the market, to helping us sort out our 22 offers after only two days of showing. Underlying all of that was her attention to detail, household, real estate, and legal that made a very challenging process clear, consistently updated, and successful. She was wonderful to work with.
