We originally chose Katherine as our realtor when we were looking to buy in the Marlborough area. During our search, we found out that we would have to look elsewhere. Because our new search was over an hour away from Katherine, we were nervous that we would lose her. However, she stayed with us the entire time and made the long commute to help us get our dream home. Katherine was a pleasure to work with and we consider her more than just a realtor, but a friend to our a family!

Over 8 long months, Dan and his team went above and beyond to guide me toward the right town, the right home, and answer all of my (many!) questions as a first time home buyer. Dan not only met me at every showing/open house I mentioned (there were many??), he always did so with a smile, genuinely excited to check out the property and give me his honest feedback. Truly the dream team, Dan and Annie could not have made this process feel any easier, and I was blown away by every single person they referred me to within their network. Their knowledge, support, network and overall professionalism is unparalleled!
