This is my second time working with Jerome and it keeps getting better. I own multiple properties working with Jerome and he is my go-to person! I plan on expanding my portfolio of homes and I will only work with Jerome! It's been a pleasure every time and looking forward to #3!!

Jill has excellent communication, organizational skills and collaborates with everyone who is involved in the property purchase. All aspects of the sale were seamless, and we were kept abreast of every detail and updated with the process of the sale. Jill responded quickly with answers to our questions no matter the time of day. Jill showed us numerous properties, in which we were able to take our time to view and gave us some insight on details we might have missed. I would absolutely recommend Jill to my friends and family!

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!
