Example roof updated in 2020. Once we had narrowed it down to the two houses I wanted to bid on we formulated a plan together and made our bids. She didn’t just say what do you want to offer she listen to what I thought and gave suggestions. Once the sale was completed she provided me with a final packet of everything I had signed and we did a final rundown to make sure I had everything from the final sale. Everything about my experience with Alissa was top notch. This was the fifth home I have purchased and as far as realtor go she was the best.
