Chris is AMAZING. He is with you every step of the way and makes you feel like you're his only client. We bought our first house with him in 2016, and when we were ready to sell in 2021/2022, we called him up and it was like no time had passed. Chris takes the agent-client relationship seriously, and explains all the ins and outs of buying and selling along the way. I can't recommend Chris highly enough!

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience in selling my home with Matt. He was very prompt, had an excellent knowledge of the area and surrounding home values, was extremely organized, and had the perfect plan to sell my home. He ended up selling my home in a very short time frame at a price that exceeded my expectations.
