Mike was honest, responsive, knew the local market and was very helpful with recommendations for cleaners, haulers, roofers etc. Everyone he helped guide us to were professional and timely. He is responsive, reliable and went above and beyond at every opportunity. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and feel we were very lucky to choose him as our sellers agent.
