I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I searching for a home. The process was so overwhelming. Alex took so much of the pressure off of me by assuring he was going to get me to where I needed to be, slowly but surely I was able to purchase my very first property and I have him to thank! Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!
