Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable wonderful person, she’s the best, always there when you need anytime, anyway help even with things is not her responsibility.

From our first meeting, Sheila Ste Marie-Anderson distinguished herself as an exceptional professional. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of a difficult housing market, but what sets her apart is both her knowledge of the industry, and her overwhelming generosity with her time and attention. We were searching for a home during a time when the market was extremely challenging. Despite this, Sheila went above and beyond every expectation we had. No question was too small or too inconvenient. We truly appreciated her timely communication. She kept us informed at every stage and skillfully coordinated with other realtors and professionals on our behalf. Her responsiveness provided clarity and peace of mind. When we made offers, she provided encouragement and creative solutions to make us more competitive while preventing us from paying any more than was necessary. Thanks to her perseverance and expertise, we ultimately found a beautiful home. We are deeply grateful for Sheila’s faith, dedication, integrity, and warmth. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking an outstanding real estate agent.
