Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She truly has a talent for getting to know her client. Most of all, Emma is a kind, smart, lovely person. The kind of person that you would want to share your dreams of your future home. She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.

The first thing I liked about Terri is her personality. We had a very good conversation the first day we really got to know each other. During this conversation she listed to my wants and what I was in seek of in my first home. Terri promised to guide me through this process and to always being honest with me. Trust me there were several houses I thought that were the ones. But Terri was there to let me know this was not the house. When we finally found the house we were both ecstatic it happened sooner than she expected. Terri was great and I would recommend her to anyone. She is patient, trust worthy, and honest. She is very informative and willing to do any and everything to help you these are the traits you are looking in a realtor.
