Sandy Mallah is the best realtor!!! We couldn't have sold our house without him! He made suggestions to improve the desirability of our home. He is amazing! He is extremely knowlegeable and was available day and night to answer questions or talk things through. He negotiated the purchase of our new home until almost 10pm on a Saturday night. Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience.
