Ariel is masterful at what she does. Ariel helped me understand that she was going to be my partner in the process and to trust that it was all going to unfold exactly how it should. When we first started looking, Ariel was extremely patient in looking at various types of properties in various neighborhoods. Ariel moved me along, but also encouraged me to make it a fun and investigative process rather than a chore or task. When we found the home I wanted to purchase, Ariel coached me on how to place myself at the perfect advantage to get my offer accepted in a bidding war. During the negotiations, Ariel remained cool, calm and collected even though the fast paced negotiations could have been a high pressure, anxiety inducing experience. I felt so well taken care of. Ariel is a steward and a shepherd! Ariel is incredibly smart, insightful, patient, present, and thoughtful. She saw every possible way the transaction could go and mapped it all out so that I could just relax and trust the process. Having Ariel as my real estate agent felt like I had a winning poker hand. Her perspective and foresight is just incredible. She really gets how big of a deal buying a home is and gets that it should be celebrated. She brings all of herself to the table.

Where to even start! Marc is simply awesome, amazing, incredible! We had a very no pressure experience. Everything was 100% positive and we would recommend Marc to all of our friends. As we got started with our search, Marc would thoughtfully check in to see how the houses we looked at stacked up and answer questions about the process. He helped ensure some calm when the first offer didn’t get accepted. Then came the house where I’m writing this from now. Standing on my deck and looking out into the deep greenery; I find my thinking back to a late Friday afternoon in late May. The sellers were waffling after some storytelling it became clear they wanted an exit. We would later all agree that some hefty offer likely came in late. Marc was never late, and so that Friday he arrived outside our old apartment, as he said he would. He was intent on taking our deposit and physically ensuring it’s delivery to the sellers agent in Nashua, NH -during the middle of rush hour traffic. I think about the wild numbers over asking we later saw houses closing at and the horror stories friend have told us. It makes me very grateful to Marc and the way he went above and beyond for us.
