My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions. Though I know he was working with other people besides us at the same time, he still made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a new home.

Justine has brought us home twice! Six years ago she helped us find a home as we moved from Illinois to Belchertown. Two weeks ago she both sold our home (in 3 days) and helped us buy another home in a nearby community. Justine is a good listener, patient, calm and kind. She notices details, points out areas of concern in potential homes and gives good advice. She responds immediately and is so knowledgeable that she answered every question we had. Let me tell you what kind of man Peter is. My wife Tina and I were in the market to buy a house in the Westfield area. Peter Davies was highly recommended because he actually finds out history about the house you are trying to buy. So you get more than just a tour of the house. Peter showed us upwards of 13 houses and in the end we decided to leave the State of MA. and not pursue a home in Western Ma. We felt terrible for Peter and all the work he put in, trying to accommodate us over and over again. But Peter never wavered even after we informed him we were moving. Peter wished us luck!
