Both apartments were rented and the tenants were shocked that I was selling. Lisa did an amazing job working respectfully with the tenants, giving them very clear and timely notice when she or a contractor needed access to the apartment, helping them look for new living situations, and acting as go-between for me when necessary. Her showings yielded useful information which she shared with me. She worked well with the buyers' realtor and negotiated a very good sale price for me when issues arose with the inspection. Lisa is proactive, tells it like it is, is quick to answer all communication and is really enjoyable to work with. I recommend her highly.
