Her showings yielded useful information which she shared with me. She worked well with the buyers' realtor and negotiated a very good sale price for me when issues arose with the inspection. Lisa is proactive, tells it like it is, is quick to answer all communication and is really enjoyable to work with. I recommend her highly.

joelle is the agent you want on your side. she will protect your best interests, will not be pushy, but will always be very honest. she is well-respected, due to her connections in the local areas of newton and wellesly, and she understands the market so well. she had our property sold in 1 day (she knows lots of developers too), as ours was a very large lot, and a house that needed lots of work- ideal for a developer. when you meet joelle, you will immediately get a sense of her self confidence, as well as an air sophistication and worldliness. while some agents will flaunt their reputation for high end sales, she is cool, calm and collected. that’s the sign of someone you want on your side.
